some of you are probably wondering... and I didn't mean I was going to start the play60 thing today. I meant starting tomorrow. that's why I didn't do anything outside today. you were probably wondering about that so I just wanted to clear that up. starting tomorrow. I just forgot to say in the last post when I was going to start following the 60 minutes routine. it was always set to start tomorrow, not today.
one hour outside playing around. that's 60 minutes of outdoor time. new nfl initiative.
