It's late/early. Just finished watching Welcome to Marwen (2018). A big thank you again to Joe for originally noticing. Now we have a time stamp! Jumping jacks confirmed in the 29' (29th minute, aka 00:28:00-00:28:59 if you want to see it for yourself). I'll share more in the next Monday Minute!, but for now I am tired.
I have to admit, I didn't technically just finish watching Welcome to Marwen (2018). I actually just finished taking out my contact lenses. (Yes, I wear contact lenses or sometimes glasses. It just depends on the day!) And before that I finished watching Marwencol (2010), which I watched after watching Welcome to Marwen (2018) because I was curious to know more about the "Based on a true story" title card from the first feature of the night. The second movie, Marwencol (2010) is a documentary on the real life story that motivated the earlier flick.
It was interesting.

DeleteAlso, in the database, you don't recommend Aladdin, 300, The Green Mile, or Brigsby Bear. How can you then recommend Sherlock Gnomes?
ReplyDeleteRecommended titles come from the personal taste of the FNB editing team (me). It is technically a subjective rating, but it also is pretty objective because I have a really good eye for these things. Sherlock Gnomes (2018) is a really great animated feature supported by a good acting performance. If you had seen Sherlock Gnomes (2018) you would likely recognize that it stands above the other 4 titles you listed.
