3 ways to warm up

Now that the air has a biting chill, it's time to think about ways to warm up.

1. Put on a sweater.
There is no better way to stay warm that to add some cozy and fashionable layers. Get comfortable while remaining both mobile and professional--something wearing blankets won't achieve.

2. Make a hot drink.
Hot drinks provide dual relief: they warm your hands when you hold the cup and they warm your insides as you drink them, radiating outward. Just make sure it isn't too hot! Ouch!


3. Do some jumjax.
Physical activity is a great way to warm up, and jumping jacks are the premier physical activity. You can do them anywhere. You can even do them while wearing a sweater.

You don't have to be cold! Use these three tips in any combination and you will be cool instead (and also warm).
