if you think about it, home is where you sleep. sleeping takes a lot of energy and a certain comfort level that shouldn't be taken for granted. whether you are sleeping in a tent, a bed, a floor, a couch, that's your house. it's your home away from home where you lay your head.
pleasant dreams to you and yours. welcome home. you're there now anywhere.

I am at home when I sleep, but recently my home has been haunted by nightmares. Some of them are recurring, including a nightmare where i realize I'm about to fail out of school because I forgot about a class for the entire semester. Any suggestions?
ReplyDeletethe best way to conquer your fears is to face them. try recreating the scenario by scheduling a class for yourself when you are very tired so you won't remember doing it. then you can make the dream a reality to start actually worrying about it and stop subconsciously worrying about it, taking it out of your dream realm.
