3 things to start your day 100

  1. get physical. try some jumjax. get the blood pumping!
  2. eat some breakfast. it can be a bowl of cereal or a simple granola bar. or a big plate of eggs and bacon! nourish your body, it's the only one you get!
  3. do a crossword puzzle or word search or word scramble. some activity to get you thinking. nourish your brain, it's the only one you get!
your day will be 100 (at least at the start) if you do these three simple things every day! give it a try!
